Manuela, an Italian language and cultural mediator, arrived in Lleida several years ago in search of new opportunities. She has been with Movitec for eight years, where she has found her place in the sales back office. During this time, she has grown professionally and integrated her passions into her daily work.

Of Sicilian origin, Manuela is inspired by the saying: “Bonu tempu, malu tempu, un dura tuttu un tempu,” which in English means: “Both good and bad do not last forever.” This mindset helps her face challenges at Movitec, always remembering that every situation is temporary.
Manuela’s passion for languages fits perfectly with her role, as working for an export-oriented company allows her to connect with different cultures and markets. Her goal is clear: to translate what her colleagues want to sell into what customers are looking to buy. Thus, she has developed an exceptional command of the language of sales.
Over time and with the trust she has gained in the company, she has also taken on marketing tasks, managing small projects and supporting the preparation of events and trade shows. These responsibilities allow her to stay connected to various aspects of the business and continue expanding her skills.
